Customer Service Manager
Tom joined the Home Pro Advantage team after working in office management in the non-profit sector.
Prior to joining the team, Tom was an HPA customer for 20 years. He always appreciated the company’s stellar customer service and family-focused values.
As HPA’s Customer Service Manager, Tom schedules all appointments and focuses on client relationship-building. He’s a true people person and enjoys getting to know HPA customers so he can offer the personalized service for which HPA is known.
Tom has been married to his wife, Lois, a physical therapist, for 35 years. They have 3 grown sons and 2 grandsons. In his free time, he loves traveling to visit his sons and grandchildren, performing with Market House Theater and Badgett Playhouse in Grand Rivers, KY, and operating his Santa Claus business, where he offers personalized messages for children.
